It is unusual, however, to see the before and afters of an entire endurance race filmed in the same fashion, then condensed down into a short YouTube video.
That's what the video below does, because Leh Keen, from Brumos Racing, had a camera strapped to his chest for the whole experience, from landing in Daytona to getting onto the podium and doing a post-race conference. (Sorry to spoil the ending for you, like.)
Driving a Porsche 911 GT3, Keen finished third at the Rolex 24 at Daytona, and took the video of the whole thing to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the celebrated endurance race.
Produced by Porsche, it's the closest you'll get to being a driver at the event - short of entering the GT Academy and winning it.
