Unbelievable but true: the Libyan Head of State and revolutionary leader Muammar Gaddafi has turned to designing cars. He has called his 230bhp vehicle, "Rocket Car" (nice touch). Gaddafi now says it is "the future of the car industry". Two "Rocket" prototypes were unveiled. He gave them to himself as a present to commemorate the 40th anniversary of his coming to power. The car was financed by Libya and constructed by the small, Italian design and engineering company, Tesco TS.
